Baskin-robbins - Des Plaines

You're so awful, you believe the reviews. I sent my fiancée to get 1 ice cold caramel macchiato with extra milk. First she forget to make it irony, then to add ice, so my first swallow was lukewarm. then she forgot toe and extra milk. she forgot the entire 1 drink order. my fiancée went back to get more milk and they didn't want to give it! of course he had no good experience and the drink tasted like a müll.

I have been continually disappointed by this location. Tonight was the last straw. We walked in at 930p to get ice cream cones. We we're the only people in the store and were told that since only one person was working the Baskin Robbins side closed at 9p. Store hours on the door indicate the entire store closes at 10p. Again, we we're the only ones there. How hard is it to scoop ice cream? I will not be going back to this location.

Got their jelly donut as well as munchkins ,no jelly to speak of at all. Munchkins like a rock.Stopped going here along time ago due to the crew who could care less if your order is right or wrong.Stay away from this D/D

I stop in almost every morning on the way to work for coffee and wake up wraps or something similar to eat. The staff works extremely fast to get the morning rush crowd in and out fast. Always friendly and never a wrong order. Love this Dunk in Donuts.

Side of finger bandage included with every iced coffee...and they don't even care to fix. Customer service and management of this location could be improved just a little bit to say the least.
