Friendly and efficient bartender, eating is always great, and thanks for live music!

Food was good except wanted fried pickles and they were out. Had to clean our table off tho. Loud inside and then there was a screeching cat that began to play music and made it even worse. Ugh. They owe me a set of ear drums. Save the music for outside-too small of an area inside. Not impressed. May try again but may not.

Great people, great service, great food. Wonderful views on the river worth the trip right off the bike trail. ??‍?

Great friendly atmosphere. Clean indoor and outdoor seating for both large and small groups.There's a great patio deck area with a view of the river where you can watch boats pass by or listen to calm of the water.They cater and invite cyclists to stop by for a moment to enjoy a beverage and the sights. There is ample room to park your bike and some tools available for quick repairs.They are right along the trail and a great place to meet your group and start your ride with plenty of parking for cars.

This place is great because of its location and outdoor area along the river. However, while the drinks are priced typically for Des Moines, the food prices are outrageous. Idk why they think it's okay to charge $11 or $12 dollars for a burger with no sides. Eat someplace else before you come. That's why I'm giving it three stars.
