Noah's - Dering Harbor

Once the hostess got past her thought process in seating us at an available table we requested, our server greeted us rather warmly insightful with drink food suggestions. Initially, our server was the highlight of our dining experience here though at times as the restaurant filled in, we were somewhat forgotten. There was a long delay in between the apps main course. The oysters were nice and fresh though whomever opened them did not open cleanly which is an unpleasant experience. The calamari rock shrimp were crusted seasoned very well but very underwhelming in terms of portion. Couple ounces of calamari,3 small rock shrimp string beans, 2 slices of battered lemon. Shouldn't be able to count it! Moving on to the main courses we had 1 special of the day overcooked striped bass dish an order of fish n chips. The fish was battered and seasoned nicely but a bit on the small size luke warm fries which to our surprise appeared to be a frozen product. We expected more from such a reputable restaurant and culinary team. There are a lot of restaurant options in the area. A $200 dinner for 2 should be filled with a more consistent higher quality dining experience. Maybe it was an off night for the kitchen the front was challenged as more customers came in?

We celebrate our kickoff to summer with a meal at Noahs which is always special. This time it was even more so, whe great specials, ambience and a staff that sent someone out to get a band-aid for my brother-in-law who had cut his finger before we arrived. Talk about great service! Another reason we keep coming back.

Noah's has always been a favorite restaurant. The food is amazing, the service is impeccable and it is always a pleasure to eat there. Just a note. Our server Justin treated one diner with food intolerances with wonderful care. The kitchen also rose to the challenge. .

We had such a fun night at Noah's last night! We ordered lots of small plates and every single one was beyond delicious! Beautiful Leslie our server staged it all out perfectly and we had a wonderful time! The peach jalapeno margarita is delightful!! The filet mignon sliders are a must. I want another one right now actually!
