Bidrage med feedbackI recently enjoyed a delightful brunch at this restaurant, consisting of eggs, mushrooms, and toast. The coffee was superb, and my friend tried the sweetheart dish which was incredibly delicious. The food was expertly prepared and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend stopping by this place while hiking on the high peak trail to enjoy the picturesque landscape and delicious food at their cafe. Keep in mind that during busy times, there may be a wait for your food. In such cases, it might be quicker to just order one of their cakes and coffee instead of a cooked meal. Personally, I didn't mind the wait, but those in a rush may prefer this quicker option.
Can you believe it? How can stones be so fascinating? To find out, you must visit the National Stone Centre. It's amazing to see how an ordinary object can be designed in various ways and how the formation of these stones can offer completely different features and uses. The dry stone walls along the Geo Trail, which can be seen next to country roads and dividing fields, are eye-opening and something you may never have noticed without seeing them up close at the centre. Definitely worth a visit.
We had a wonderful time at this restaurant - the walk was beautiful, the people were friendly, and the Easter Festival for the children was lovely. The café terrace offered a stunning view on a sunny day, and there was also a children's play area to keep them entertained. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
The millennium (dry stone) wall is very impressive with very good information boards on each. cafe is also very nice.
Lovely place to call in after a walk along the trail lots to keep the children busy with the added bonus of the cafe serving great food at a great price
