Spice Hut - Derby

I ordered the spicy hot grill pizza with a mix of jumbo kebab and it was a brilliant combination. The mouth-watering selection of 7 different types of meat on the kebab was outstanding. The different grilled meats on the pizza were some of the best I've had. Kudos to the young staff members who work hard to make such delicious dishes.

I have been served a starter fish instead of the main course twice at this restaurant. The portion size was small - just four fish pieces for $8.50. The salad was very basic, lacking any variety. Unfortunately, we were missing poppadoms, even though we paid over $20. The chicken tikka masala was delicious, the rice was well-cooked, but the naan bread was rubbery. Overall, the service seemed disorganized and the food preparation lacked attention to detail. I would not recommend this restaurant for a enjoyable dining experience.

The tikka masala was amazing. It's the best I've ever had. I highly recommend it. The staff was friendly and provided great service. I will definitely be ordering it again.

I've been using this for a long time and never had any problems. their kebabs, pizzas and curries can't go wrong. best time in town.

Poppadums cooked in old oil rancid. Poor jumbo meal. Never again. Staff very busy and not very helpful.
