Cafe Ashiana - Derby

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I cannot praise it enough. The atmosphere is elegant, the shisha was fantastic, and there is a diverse selection of food to choose from. The smash burger was absolutely incredible. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Tonight, I visited this restaurant with my sisters and niece and had a wonderful time watching the England match. The customer service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and there were plenty of shisha flavors to choose from. The desserts were also very enjoyable. The prices were fair and reasonable. When my niece fell ill and was sick outside, the staff provided us with water and plenty of tissues. The service was excellent from start to finish. Thank you for a great experience. I cannot wait to visit again.

All I can say is this place is money oriented when we asked for the fire to be put on like it’s supposed to be the manager said “it’s too expensive you see therefore only for larger groups” funny that because we had the same number of pipes than the next table yet they had the fire on service is not customer focused avoid at all costs Ps: if any of the staff is reading this then I suggest you go on pay as you go meter might be cheaper or switch your electricity provide

A friend and I came on what happened to be a busy Saturday. An hour and 10 minutes into our visit we were told we have 5 minutes left as there is apparently a maximum stay period, 2 minutes later another member of staff came to tell us your 5 minutes are over and physically picked up the shisha and walked away! Rude and embarrassing, we didn 't want to purchase another shisha because about 5 minutes into our smoke we could only taste the coal, no flavour whatsoever. Disgusting customer service, once they have your money they don 't care for you to have a good experience. Highly disappointed.
