The Red Bucket - Depok

My husband loves this place a lot since they have a very delicious buttermilk fried chicken. The chicken is somewhat different than other fast food joints. As for me, I also like it. However, there'll be a room for improvement like they suppose to have stock for the ice cream. I went there several times yet they didn't have ice cream available. Too bad!

Nggak tau kenapa rate red bucket cinere ini kecil, karena selama ke sini selalu bikin senang hehe. Di Red Bucket yang paling saya suka sih atmosphere tempatnya ya, cozy, homey, interiornya oke, dan ini restoran teradem di cinere bellevue. Selain itu, untuk tempat makan fast-food wifinya terbilang lancar dan cepat. Sekalian bisa buat tempat nunggu nonton film di XXI. Nah, untuk makanannya favorit saya buttermilk chicken dan dory (tapi di foto ini saya lagi tidak pesan dory). Buttermilknya kerasa banget bedanya sama original. Kalo yang original emang so-so banget rasanya, malah lebih ke hambar. Tapi si buttermilk ini ada rasa-rasa butternya di kulit dan dagingnya, mungkin emang gak gitu terasa kali ya apalagi dibandingin sama ayam fastfood lainnya yang jauh lebih asin. Favorit saya dari tempat makan ini selain chicken dan dory adalah pilihan mayonaisenya. Tapi lagi-lagi beberapa kali setiap saya datang persediaan mayonaisenya tidak lengkap. Padahal pilihan mayonaisenya recommended sekali. Semoga Red Bucket kedepannya lebih mermperhatikan persediaan mayonaise ya. Karena si bermacam-macam mayonaise ini-lah yang jadi jagoannya red bucket.
