Tim Hortons - Depew

Every time I visit this place the food is terrible or incorrect. No problems at most other locations. This is the chicken panini sandwich, barely warm, not sliced in two and hardly a sandwich? There was only no other customers here when I ordered.

I've been here a few times and the experience has always been positive. Staff was very friendly and due to the location it has always been a short wait. Food is good and the prices are as expected.

Tims Hortons have been bad,but this takes the cake. Worst location of all time. Literally like the twilight zone. Noone has a brain. They will mess up order every time and do nothing to fix it. Make up prices as they go. Stay away

Several recent horrible experiences here on the way to nearby Amtrak station. Hot coffee served cold, wrong coffee orders served, cold hash browns. Will never go here again.

Dreadful service, bad food, they don't come here! I'll wait 30 seconds before someone just greeted me to tell me to wait. after about 1 minute they have taken my orders. I have a bagel with light ice. I have a cold bagel with cream cheese thicker than the bagel and a drink only 3/4 full. When I asked for a drink, they said they couldn't take the drink back, but they could fill it with n eis. what is the point of light ice of her drink is 3/4 full! I'm not going back to this time hortons. my advice is to drive to the location in the center and forest they are fast, serve hot good food and always record their customers.
