Mighty Taco - Depew

Sa last weekend in the Drive-Thru line for over 30 minutes before giving up. Several cars before me also gave up. Had gone earlier, but no way to get out of line to the area where orders are taken. If you don't have any staff, maybe close. It's not new. The problem has been for a few years and it is getting worse, not better. Funny as there is no neighboring business that has staff problems that cause similar bad service problems.

The attached images are thus what is published in a clear view of customers from the counter. This is absolutely not the way to deal with disciplinary problems, and any manager with any sense knows that. This shows how the employees are treated here. This is a terrible guide from all involved and comes clearly from companies and an area / district manager, a chain of command to store management. It is no wonder that this place can not keep employees or managers around and are always short employees. So there are only 3 total people who work during a busy summit, and then it takes 20 minutes to receive what was ordered a lot. Many other reviews have said the same, and some other restaurants are NOT these short employees. Perhaps the company and district manager should take care of these problems instead of someone's shirt or name tag. The flies at the front are also rough. But how does the company expect someone to come to him when 3 people work??? Incredibly remember how who is here in corporate/circular management has another job.

I see the owner commenting about a shortage of work, but I am confused as this is the only powerful taco in the area that has this waiting period issue. You better go to another place. It doesn't matter what time it is, how busy it is, how many things you get, or when you go in or drive thru... You will wait at least 25 minutes for your order. Every time I go to the workers and not just stand around, this is just honestly the slowest fast food restaurant EVER

By far the slowest movement I have ever experienced. I gave it a few chances, and every time I sit on the line for over half an hour. Even if they do not have service in the restaurant and it is only the ride thru line they take for everrrrrrrrr

Avoid this location. Workers do not care you're waiting. The workers cannot do 2 things at once... Like making 2 tacos at the same time. Your time is too important to waste here. Also seems the owner only comments on good reviews. How does that help?
