Bidrage med feedbackReally cool historic building and brewery. We had a company function on the 2nd floor and our server was attentive and fun. We had a table full of appetizers but then were able to order off the menu. The Korean Fried Chicken Sando I had was really frickin good and the fries were pretty legit. Everything my co-workers ordered looked really good too. Beer was cold and delicious which made me happy.
Great service and bartender the people who work here are great! It 's a great spot for a drink and snacks. The main course food for me is underwhelming. The Korean Fried Chicken sandwich is also described as kaarage, and seasoned with togarashi, both Japanese so not sure what part of it is Korean style? Not letting the misnomer affect my review I promise just confused. It was ok-the pickled peppers and spinach do nothing for the sandwich and the chicken itself while perfectly crispy was super bland. The whole thing fell apart and we had to eat both sandwiches with a fork. The coleslaw is what you 'd get in any standard diner. The bbq pulled pork was very juicy but again the bun couldn 't handle it and was coming apart like a sloppy joe right when served. My root beer had an awful flavor almost like mold or cleaning solution in it, not sure what that was from but if it 's served from a tap that tap needs to be washed out.
A great divey feel with a mountain of pool tables available. I’ve always come at busy times but managed to grab a spot to play for an hour or two. Head to the back if part of the group wants darts – expect a wait to order drinks on a busy night, but please be kind! Always remember your bartenders are the few taking care of us masses. Champagne toast they passed out at midnight for New Year’s was just the vibe we needed for a chill but energetic spot.
Just overall a cool place. People are friendly, the food is amazing. The Chicken and waffles is insane.... try them, I promise you will love it.
Updated: great beer and mixed drinks, but sub par food. Hummus was great but the veggies were old, burgers weren't cooked to requested temperatures. The kitchen reworked one though clearly refired only as the outside was cooked but the inside was still rare
