The Lockwood Kitchen - Denver

This is less of a restaurant and more of a bar and some tables next to the hotel lobby with a non-descript and non-directed sign. The bartender was the only person there, and he ran back and forth into the kitchen, so there is no one to greet you or sit you. The salmon is thought to be (pink medium), but came boiled everywhere, which is not my preference at all. The bartender was nice and did his best, but the service was slow and the food was average.

I had reservations. My friend and I sat at a table for 20 minutes until we finally gave up because nobody came to us.

Book this restaurant for a birthday dinner because the menu and photos of the ambience looked good online. I was told that this restorer was prepared for a 7 top after I had asked myself to update from 5 to 7 people. On arrival there were 1 bartender who was also the server and the restaurant was empty. We thought it was going fast, but definitely not. We sat down and had to put tables together. We ordered and waited 1 hour to arrive for food, literally nobody else was in the restaurant, but we 7 ladies. Once the food arrived, they forgot my entire individual order. It took 45 minutes. So I didn't get my food until 1 hour and 45 minutes after the ordering period. Still for this meal. Server brought the two birthday girls a shot and a dessert. We miss our reservations after dinner because it took so long to get the food out. It was quite embarrassing to bring a birthday dinner here and not be served completely near 2 hours without it being busy. We came here for the reviews. Never come back. Call the hotel later, as there is no restaurant telephone line, leave a voicemail and no call back today. No good experience.

Apparently heavily underwhelmed, and they were made of numerous dishes and drinks.

We sat at our table for 30 minutes without anyone even coming to our table. I can’t even say horrible service because we received NO service at all.
