Bidrage med feedbackThis special subway is not ada friendly, which means that the building has a step inward to get it, which is not ideal for blind and problematic for wheelchairs. during the service was good and so was eating for the biggest part, the jalapeños could have been hotter. the Jalapeño chips were hotter than the jalapeños on the sandwich.
I wish I didn’t have to leave one star. This location has very poor management the manager Ashley was very rude and unprofessional it seems like she has a lot going on I heard screaming in the back and the lady just ran out I have no idea what that was about
I don't know why I go back here. They don't get my orders right. We took the food back and they still didn't get it right.
Second time to this location in about a week 's time. No other customers in the store when I arrived, prime lunch time. The two employees sitting down at a table when I walked in... maybe on their lunch. But my beef is that they again did not have tuna available. The gal told me that she 's shorthanded, and so I guess that 's why she could not make the tuna on this day (but has time to sit down on the job doing nothing? . If there are no customers, that 's a fine time to make the tuna so you have it for the lunch rush! Another customer came in after me, overheard him also ask for tuna to be told they were out . Come on kids, try harder... it 's called work for a reason. The gal was nice enough, but doesn 't seem real motivated in her job.
Kate was so friendly and made my experience 10 times better. I will be going to only this subway from now on. Her customer service was amazing!
