Chop Shop Casual Urban Eatery - Denver

I went there to meet a date and talk. The background music was fairly loud so we went outside and that was pleasant. My chop hamburger was just excellent although for $12 it seems like they could have put a few tater tots or fries with it. It looked pretty lonely sitting there in the basket and I was still hungry when I finished. I do recommend it for the good food; not so much for the ambiance.

Very tasty menu. Service was a little stand offish and the music was pretty loud, but would 100% go again. Price point is a little high but as long as they keep the top quality ingredients, I'm all for it.

Incredible food! We had the Glazed salmon bowl, southwest chopped and the beef and broccoli. All were delicious and huge portions!! I’m sad we don’t live closer. Atmosphere was welcoming and staff were very friendly.
