Chillfire Grill - Denver

We moved to the area 3 weeks ago and were already twice to Chillfire and loved it. Especially the service top is notch! The manager visited us on every visit to make sure we are satisfied with everything. The servers were also great. We had the fillet, prime rib, braided ribs and Calamari and shrimp appetizers. Every single thing was delicious! The main rib is something that will bring me back to Chillfire. So tasteful and melt delicately in your mouth. I used the remains to envy the eggs for breakfast. I love this place!

One of the best meals we've ever eaten. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating and very knowledgeable about the menu. The owner stopped at our table to ask for service, and he was very personal and friendly as well. We had the Chillfire cocktails that were incredible. As an appetizer we had the crabs and scallops, which were absolutely incredible some of the best seafood I ever had in NC. For entrees, we had the pecan chicken with truffle friars and the steak medallions with floral charcoal EASILY the best steak in this part of the state. Cooked to absolute perfection, you could almost cut it with a fork. We even had dessert what I usually never did. Very recommended to get the bread pudding with vanilla ice cream. All in all, this was a perfect restaurant experience and a top-tier date place!

Very nice place. Very good service. I have the ribs and there was not much meat in them, but they were good. Everything else we had was delish. I highly recommend this place.

I love the food here. Every meal is a good meal. A little on the expensive side for some of their entrees, but the portions are good and the food is delicious, so it compensates. I recommend the Martini of the moment, but be careful, they are so good you can find yourself, enjoy them a little too much. The prefect beverage companion for the perfectly prepared food in a perfect atmosphere. The staff is just as great as the food and drinks.

Wow! What a great experience! Food, service, music, half price wine on Monday... perfect for a birthday and anniversary. They even have us cards and a candle in my dessert. We're definitely returning.
