Cap City Tavern - Denver

We stopped by only because we wanted something to drink and use the restroom but we were pleasantly surprised when we ordered a few appetizers and some drinks. The food was very good, much better than I expected from the looks of it and my drink was decent. The place is in Capital Hill, easy to get to, when you're visiting the area and checking out museums, probably a good place to stop by for some drinks and food. You would not regret it. Oh also the staff was very friendly and provided great service.

Great environment, great service, fantastic food! My friends and I have always enjoyed going to Cap City Tavern! I like getting the chicken and fries, mozzarella sticks, and their burger. My significant other said the salad was really good too. I think their fries are homemade, which is what I'm all about! I suggest sitting on the patio and enjoy the sights, and people! The staff has always been really nice, and outgoing! I will be returning!

Friendly service. Cold crisp beer. Perfect nachos. Crispy fish and chips and garlic brusseo.sprouts. (a bit too much garlic honestly) but great experience.

No joke, BEST Vikings Bar in Denver. Been coming here for 12 years. Food is crazy good. Bartenders and servers are top notch. Come meet all of us for the games! You will not be disappointed. SKOL!

My son and I were visiting from Minneapolis! Such a blast to catch the Vikings game while in Denver! Great servers, cool venue, a sea of purple jerseys, and one of the best crowds I've heard shouting the Skol chant and belting out the fight song! Fantastic time meeting local Vikings fanatics!!!
