California Pizza Kitchen Cherry Creek Priority Seating

We really enjoy CPK. The service is decent, but there were a few items forgotten in our order. It would be helpful to have a quality control person check the written order against the actual order before serving to ensure everything is correct.

The food at the restaurant was delicious, however, the service was just okay. Our server was pleasant, but they seemed unenthusiastic about helping us and were quite relaxed when they forgot something, without apologizing. Our main issue was with the rewards program - we were asked for our telephone number instead of the three-digit ID, and every time we received the bill, the server "forgot" to add it. It appears that the staff at the restaurant do not prioritize the rewards program, but as loyal customers who spend a lot of money there, we do.

I have dined at CPK numerous times and while I used to enjoy their Morrocan Salad, it has been removed from the menu. On my recent visit, I opted for the tortilla soup along with a turkey Brie sandwich and both dishes were delicious.

CPK has a good product, but today the service was not what I am used to

We have often eaten at CPK, and I preferred her Moroccan salad that was interrupted. Instead, I had tortilla soup with a turkey brie sandwich. Both were excellent.
