Please train the staff on the menu and daily specials. I was in today and ordered one of the daily specials and was informed it included a side and a drink by the order taker. When I got to checkout, lady said side was extra and I said OK, I don't want it. She said I had to buy it, I refused but I had to stand there and keep refusing until she finally relented. Unbelievable.

I get the Dickey's email for 20% off, go through the drive-through order a bunch of food, get to window, and they won't accept it....gotta order online. Online doesn't offer some of the stuff that the box-store has, like corn or daily specials. By this time, I've already wasted 30 minutes and no light at the end of the tunnel. Naomi keeps telling me to move out of the way, and Luz the Mgr is not on sight. Ummm, plenty of BBQ places in Texas to go to that would love my business, just not Dickey's.
