Bidrage med feedbackHave eaten here many times previously and always had a good experience however my latest visit to the restaurant was terrible. On arrival the restaurant was decorated beautifully with only a handful of diners and staff not particularly busy. We ordered a starter which was very nice (as well as some bread that we did not order but were charged for). This restaurant is renown for its huge portions and we were not disappointed when the food arrived however the quality was poor. My penne pasta dish was not very good, the tomato sauce did not taste at all fresh, more like the tinned tomato sauce you get in tinned ravioli, it was orange and not particularly nice. Whilst I was struggling to eat mine my daughter was trying her best to cut into a chicken dish she had ordered. Watching her try to cut the chicken was like watching her saw through a piece of wood and she commented how difficult it was. After eating roughly half she offered me some and as soon as I tried cutting it I understood why it was so hard… the chicken was raw and slimy. I advised her to stop eating it and felt sick with worry she was going to be ill. We explained to the waiter that it was not good when he cleared the plates and we expressed our worry at it not being cooked. He took the plates away, arriving soon after with a big dish of tiramisu by way of an apology! This was sent back to the kitchen too as we were given no choice and this was a desert my daughter would never eat. The bill arrived and we were charged in full, a member of the party challenged the staff on this and they begrudgingly deducted the chicken dish (almost €20) from the bill. After this experience I will not return as it has totally put me off. I will also not be recommending it to friends/family visiting Denia which is a shame as I had good experiences previously. I would not want to eat in a restaurant where the chef is unable to cook chicken as this is dangerous!
Lovely Christmas menu and very lovely staff. Impressed by the dishes prepared for the vegan in our family. The vegan dishes followed the other dishes that no one felt forgotten or the odd one out. (Which often happens at other restaurants.
Beautiful setting. We had barely finished our ridiculously large starter when the main course arrived, no time to draw breath. I have a good appetite but my pizza would easily have fed 2/3 people, I couldn't even see the plate. The food was very good, very expensive because of the large portions and because of the rush we will not be back.
Ya he estado visitando dos veces. Muy buena experiencia con sirvientes y platos. Vitello Tonato: Pizza! ¡Pizza! Ensalada bien. Pasta justo a la derecha. Diavola y Penne ya Arribiata. Anteriormente en Tripadvisor... El control es estable y considerado. Después, leí algunas críticas negativas. Además de leer, estoy suponiendo a la gente que da malas críticas que hacen mucho más sobre ellos que visitar los establecimientos.
¡5, 50 € una cerveza! ¡3,20 € 1/2 litro agua! Te clavan en la bebida. Los precios de la comida estan bien.
