Trefnant Inn Pub - Denbighshire

The food and service at this restaurant were fantastic and lovely. I will definitely be returning as a regular customer. Everything was perfect, I couldn't fault anything. The ham and chips were great, and the burgers were cooked perfectly. I'll be back soon.

Booked a meal for 6.30 turned up and told it was about a 40 to 50 minute wait for food it really wasn't busy no apology from the staff just handed a menu we just walked out we have always enjoyed eating here but they must up their game as there are plenty of other places to eat Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food at this restaurant was average, but our dining experience was marred by an incident in the open kitchen. We were seated right next to the pass and observed the chef using a dirty tea towel to wipe surfaces and plates. Some diners complained and the chef reacted by shouting and swearing at the customers. Eventually, he stormed out after a heated argument. The young staff tried to apologize for his behavior, but it was clear that there was no one in charge. We appreciated that 20% was deducted from our bill, but unfortunately we will not be returning to Trefnant.
