Kfc - Deltona

Literally the worst place to order from on this entire app. If you order pickup they will not even notice your order until you arrive and have to wait 20 minutes while they prepare it. If you order delivery they WILL mess up your order. I have no idea how but they mess it up so consistently that it has to be on purpose. I dont mean ordering a wing and getting a thigh... i mean ordering mac and cheese and randomly getting corn instead. Horrible.

This KFC told us they had no food. This has already happened in this store. I was just trying to ask before I went back there and the phone was ringing.

Ordered the 8-part original Recipe Variety buckets w/two pages and 4 cookies to go. Given the choice of waiting for fresh hot chicken and I jumped on it. He waited about 15 minutes and someone took my order to the car. Everything was delicious. I ordered a few times here and the staff was always nice. Some of these reviews are ridiculous.

5 workers standing around do not work. Trash over the dining room floor. Not a worker wants to pick up the mess. The only good was a young lady with milti coloured hair. It won't go again. The chairs were disgusting! They have to be taken outside and pressure washed. I'd find a manager who actually looked after.

-1 Star.. no chicken, no pop maize chicken for famous bowl, no Mac n cheese.. definitely this location is in URGENT necessity of a good new manager and new staff.. IDK, how this device can operate under these conditions.
