There is a selection of sausage, mixed pork, beef, added reindeer meat. Frozen yak, goats, buffalo castles, frozen steaks. You can taste sausages before buying....

I buy much of my meat from Delta Meat Sausage. Locally raised, no hormones well packed wrapped; operated by a family that has lived here for 50 years.

You will find any meat that you are looking for. However don't expect it to be cheap.
