Big Al's Steaks - Delray Beach

It's Delray Beach, not Philly, but...desperate times call for desperate measures and the cheesesteaks (one regular and one chicken) we're tasty enough to sustain us! Real Deal! I'd eat here again! Just wish they had hot peppers!??????????????

Loved the food and location. Nothing fancy, just a good place to get familiar northern cheesesteaks.

I cannot believe it! I was charged $12.97 (plus delivery fee, tax, and tip totaling $17.69) for a 6-inch cheesesteak sandwich. Just look at the picture. The sandwich barely fills the bun. To make matters worse, the delivery service from GrubHub was terrible and arrived almost an hour late, leaving me with a cold, mediocre sandwich. I feel like I was overcharged for a subpar sandwich that should have been half the price.

This restaurant hit the spot. The bread was good, and the meat seemed to be of high quality and prepared well. It was slightly thicker than other cheesesteaks I've had, but still tender. While not cheap, the portion size was generous for the price. The location was great.

It appears that the quality of food at this restaurant varies depending on who is working. The sandwich I had was dry and had very little cheese. I would not recommend dining here.
