Great food. paul always takes care of us. I just wish it were closer to our home.

We recently ate at Silvester and found the service for both wine and food to be quite slow. Our server, a charming young man, did his best to accommodate us. The kitchen was also slow, resulting in good but not outstanding food at a fairly high price.

The service and eating were excellent. very nice location and would be fun to eat outside in the warmer months.

Gets better every time. to further improve steaks. would have gone back as a side. service is also very good.

We knew going in that it would be pricey, but if the food is very good to excellent, then it is worth the price. We were not disappointed. The four of us had risotto, elk and a standard filet, along with two apps and a seasonal salad. Plan on spending at least $100 or so person, particularly if you are having drinks/wine with the meal.
