Why...is this Starbucks closed when the rest of service plaza is open. A slap in the face to it's loyal customers

It seems like there's been some turnover in management at this location. My experience here now is way better and the baristas are a lot more engaging!

I asked for a Venti Punk Drink NO ICE. I recieved a Venti cup with maybe a tall drink(12 oz). They said they can not fill it to the top. It's pretty sad that I purchase a Venti (20 oz) and get only 12 oz of drink. I WILL NOT bother stopping here again. To me that's VERY dishonest! I know if all Starbucks does this, I'll stop buying all together. I just want what I pay for...and it's not ice or air!

If there was a 0 star rating I think most of us would use it. Most employees don’t know how to make any of the drinks or know what the drinks are. The wait time for your drink is uncomfortably long and then of course you’re disappointed with the contents. It’s also much more costly at an oasis and you are not paying for quality. Wish Starbucks would train their oasis stores the same way they do their regular stores.
