Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - DeKalb

Would give as zero stars as possible. I'm gone a few times and they're always out of something or something. the workers do not speak clearly in the drive through, they mumble so that those of us can never understand them. eating has always been okay, but the hired are terrible. should be fast, not 20 minutes.

Popeyes je! we left at 7:30 o'clock! Apparently they are close to 10, but were from Macn cheese and eating everything was cold! they are “short staff”, but there is no single entry sign. we asked when they closed and they told us that they closed at 10, but no longer eat by 8! very poor service! they seemed to be upset that we had order and that we had a good time!

This is probably one of the most ghetto popeyes I have ever been to in my life. No matter what time you come during the day, their card machine is always out and only accepts cash. Then, the time this popeyes closes is at 10:00 p.m., when 9:00 p.m rolls around they love to tell customers they either ran out of chicken or don't have chicken at the moment. For popeyes to be a great franchise this location is absolutely terrible and the workers always either have a attitude or don't want to work! This location needs better management and customer service! No one is forcing anyone to work at popeyes, if you don't want to work here stop forcing yourself to if your going to give out horrible atitudes and poor customer service!!!!

How is this place still open ? went through the drive threw waited 20 minutes in 90 degree heat when I got to the speaker they said I have to wait. after 5 minutes I tried to place a order for 2 chicken combos meal I was told they were out of all chicken. They said they had a big family order (how big can that be where they run out of all chicken I asked how long it would be before they would have more chicken I was told 25 minutes. (I went to another restaurant and on the way home I saw Popeye handing food out the window This is not the first time this has happened that they have run out of chicken and we have had to wait. Their customer service is the slowest of any fast food place I have ever been to. I have been to other Popeyes across the country and have never had service like the Dekalb location! How is this place so mismanaged? Does the franchise owner know what's going on does he or she care ? Does there corporate office know what's going on ? if you receive poor service here or if they run out of items be sure to let people know write a review and post it

Waited over 20 minutes in line In 90 degree heat when I got to the speaker I was told to wait to place my order after 5 minutes I was told they were out of chicken They had a large family order I asked how long it would be until some was made they said it would be 25 minutes I went to another restaurant for my dinner and drove by and I saw that they were handing bags out the window of the drive up This is not the first time this has happened we have had to wait for chicken to be made on more then one occasion Something needs to be done here new management new staff ! Does the franchise owner know what’s going on or care ? Does their corporate office know what’s going on here ? Go here and you will be disappointed
