Mcdonald's - DeKalb

I was at this place on 9/24/22. after 10 minutes waiting to order, I finally got service. after eating I ordered two apple cakes cost $2.74 w/tax. After they took my money, they advise me what's out of cake. I was asked if I wanted to get a cookie, so I told myself. I got 2 cookies. So I've ever paid $1,37. inflation? stay away is not organized and they will tear you off. burger king is the best away!

I was a couple of times at this place and every time something was wrong with my order. I gave them another chance on 14 september 2022. I got the wrong food in the car again. I wanted to correct it and she still gave me the wrong food! no inconvenience, no excuses! I will never return to this place again!

I usually think here is an breakfast burrito or bacon egg and cheese biscuit on my way to guide RC cars in yorkville with friends. the service is in the regular good and eating is in the regular correct. sometimes the coffee cream/sugar is a bit off, but not so much that I don't drink it.

I wish I could give them 0 stars, no option for it, they do not give full amounts and if they asked for money, they offered them to eat well, if I said I will follow them complaining with corporate the many told me do what they want, I have a complaining with company followed and of course no answer, that is why these people do what they want again because they do not follow any sequences.

The worst mcdonalds in all the land. wrong food, missing food, old food, cold food every. single. time. they don't care, they don't care, they don't care. **** poor help, rotten managers, terrible corporate structure. do not patronize this dump!
