Mcdonald's - Defiance

Fries were cold even though we waited more than 10 minutes for food. Double cheese burgers cold cheese not melted.

I ordered the fish. I was told to pull up to the next window. I waited there for a long time. I saw another customer get out of his car with a very small baby and go in to complain about the wait time. He told them I had been waiting too. Then an employee came out to ask what I ordered. By this time I had been waiting for 18 minutes. I was checking the time of the order again when someone brought out my food. I asked if it was hot, he said it was, but it wasn't as hot as it could have been. Overall it was 20 minutes to get the food. I've had issues with that store before at that time of the day, but they had seemed to be better lately. I guess I learned a lesson, never go again in the evening.

Get what you pay for. Wondering why your kids are crazy, it 's in the food.... we detoxed for months, thought oh I have a coupon bad choice.... my kids did complete 180s in behavior. If the food cand rot you/your kids will......

Everytime I come here they get the order wrong. No bacon on a bacon quarter pounder… how easy is that to get right?
