Very poor service, I came to you to use the toilet room, and the lady looked at me and didn't say to wave her hand back and fourth, think it's annoying rain outside, and 9:30 in the morning, I was on a job nearby and couldn't use the toilet room there. The lady wouldn't even look at me, she just said no. I could hardly understand the words that came out of her mouth, I didn't get a name, but she was pregnant, so I didn't give her a hard time. Very disrespectful, very unprofessional and rude. This will turn off customers. I even wanted to run an ice cream coffee, but I never did because she treated me so rude. Some who cannot handle work under pressure have no right to be in a leadership position. Especially when a customer asks in and politely to use the restroom.

Front door locked? Bathrooms closed because of covid-19? Why can't one person go to the bathroom at a time? No supervisor or manager on site. I stopped here at 3:50 p.m. on September 6th 2020 to use the restroom and grab coffee perhaps a donut. Upon entering I was told by the employees at the bathrooms were closed because of covid-19. When I questioned why they had to be closed, the employee said that was just the way it was. I didn't ask to speak to a manager, who there were no manager or supervisor on site. There were no customers while I was there. Needless to say I turned around and I did not make a purchase. I don't know how this place stays in business. I don't recommend giving this location your business. Manager's name is Rosa. Employee I spoke to his name was Renaldo.
