Canton - Deer Lake

Nice Cantonese restaurant. Got the beef fried rice and the honey garlic ribs. The rice was pretty good and the ribs were almost Fall off the bone.They only take cash or debit and was taken out only as of June 2023.All in all pretty good.

My son enjoys coming to this restaurant, so I bring him here occasionally over the past 6 years. The owners always remember us and our typical order. They are very friendly and the food is good. I was truly disappointed when I found out the restaurant was up for sale, as my son will miss his favorite fried wontons.

Stopped by during our trip to Newfoundland back in late September. We ordered a la carte dishes: stir fried beef with vegetables, egg drop soup, Cantonese chow mein. All were tasty and so comforting. They really satisfied our need for good Chinese food during our long trip. Above all, the service was so warm and friendly. Really kind and personable owner.

Had the New Special my go to here. Always good and hot and I feel fine after eating here. Unable to dine in (photo is from previous visit) which was unfortunate but it was still good. Portions are great and price is right !

We came all the way from Toronto Ontario and are nicely surprised by this Chineses restaurant. We ordered three dishes: Cantonese chow menu, teriyaki beef and seafood veggies on rice (I only remember to take pictures after we finished the first dish and half way through the rest). The portions are huge and they tasted like homemade! Definitely will drop by again before we head back to Toronto!
