Organized, very clean and well thought out. 6' distance apart in a line outside , a woman calls you in one by one, another sanitizes a cart and hands to you. Employee helps you to find the quickest line and the registers open are also appropriate width apart. Found everything I needed, good quality.
Are you sorry your produce manager allows your employees to fill filthy shopping carts with organic veggies?
I have to agree with other reviewers the staff here is hit or miss, and the desk staff could use a sprucing in attitude. I love the gentlemen who works in produce, he is always so nice. But, my biggest complaint is the amazon delivery people, they now have taken over the entire store leaving their carts everywhere and anywhere, they are kind of rude. Not sure that the store was designed to have all those extra bodies and carriages in the aisle, it is just not big enough. To make matters worse they are always parked in the front rows , leave their doors open so you can't get by while they pack in 400 bags of whatever. They should be made to park in the last row. If your going to respond with a generic response, don't bother, tell me how you are going to address this issue.
Disappointing experience today at w f. I expect w f employees to be perhaps slightly weird, but the two I encountered today, girl with blue hair at register and girl in aisles with braids piled a foot up on her head, were also just kind of sullen and unpleasant. We have all worked entry level customer service jobs, and it is hard to deal with the public, but I was certainly polite to both and for some reason I just expect better from w f.
This review relates only to the bakery department. the service is fine but the cakes i bought are dry and more then a few days old. I am sorry I will not be visiting wholefoods bakery again.
