Wendy's - Decatur

The most inconsistent restaurant I have ever experienced along the mcdonald’s next door. Eating is in the cold, warm, extremely slow service, and inconsistent hours. I write this review after I tried to order 12:15 clock (they are closed by 1 clock), and I come to the menu that is still on, and a child goes out of the back door and says we are closed while a car is on the window. I ask when they close and he confirmed 1 o'clock, but they were short-circuited. seems like a management problem. there were many paintings where workers in the building are long before closing time, but they are closed. looks like they just don't want to work, but get the hours. the only reliable late dinner on pershing is taco bell, and they have even closed early to recently.

I understand that it is missing from personal, but I have put 30 minutes in the drive without even having to order. they need help.

Waited in the drive thru for 8min without movement. only when I moved, two cars drove away from me. I've been waiting and done the same.

Really gone downhill, floor was greasy and slippery, food very limited, condiments not stocked, orders were being messed up terribly. No forks to eat my salad, so I ate it with a spoon. They had no change so you had to have exact change or use debit/credit. Really hoped for better. Will not be returning.

The food was ok, but there were fruit flies around the ketchup donator. the floor was slicked by the fat. the toilets were fair. could use a cleaning. coming on the parking lot was not the easiest because it is surrounded by a road. bottom line: I wouldn't be back.
