I live near, so I visited this subway. the employees here literally couldn't take care less. they slip on their sandwich, do not put the right amount of meat on (sometimes too much,) and never show a warning of customer service. it is not difficult to assemble a sandwich, especially during the slow times. it is certainly frustrating. I wish there was a superior who had fought for a long time, but unfortunately this was a problem, and I do not want it to be better unless they got new employees and new employees to train the new ones because the attitudes and sleepiness of the veterans simply rub on the new ones.
Badly managed. always on camp. no teriyaki bark on Sunday and last time no sandwichs available because they had no bread
I was sick and had diarrea. I ate only 1/4 of the subsandwich.
Worst subway in town every time I go to the drive thru I wait 10 min or more with no answer sometimes when I pull around to the window after no answer you can flag down an employee and get to order after the day the speaker is broken well this has been happy for years so the maintenance must really be lacking so today was a similar experience however I couldn’t get anyone to come to the window I honked knocked on the window opened the window to yell hello no answer I tried to go inside but lobby was closed I called the phone number no answer just have to drive to another subway to that the employees actually will do the job they are hired to do
Slower than molasses in January. A couple of times I drove off because after 20 minutes just waiting to place my order, it's time to go. One time there were no cars in the parking lot, no one inside and was 15 min at the drive thru waiting to order. Ridiculous. Won't be long before they close down. No wonder DQ across the street is always busy, they actually wait on you.
