Monical's Pizza - Decatur

I grew up in Decatur, and since I 've moved away. I returned for a visit, and of course had to visit my favorite pizza place from my childhood. Honestly, I was disappointed. It was okay, but not great. I can 't exactly describe what was different, butif this was my first time visiting, I wouldn 't not be that impressed. I did make a second visit, just to ensure that the firstwas not an off day or something, but I had the same experience the second visit as well. It is still decent pizza, so Isettled on a score of 3 stars.

Wonderful! THE BEST THIN CRUST INDIVIDUSL PIZZAS EVER!!!!! I had the DELIGHT...VERY well done. I am sad Monicals is only in Illinois....but visiting here after being gone for 6 years....wow. I didnt realize how much I missed their pizza!!!! You guysHAVE to try it! Secret tip: Ask for French dressing...then DIP your Monicals pizza in it. OMG! You will thank the heavens. Andyou CAN BUY THEIR FRENCH TO TAKE HOME! Enjoy!!!!

We received a burnt-up pizza after specifically requesting it to be undercooked on the app. The manager said it would be taken care of and instead we ended up getting a 50% off coupon in the mail. This is the second time this has happened and good luckgetting anyone on the phone at the main office. It's a bummer since it's the closest pizza place to our house, but I'm overbeing given a wrong order and then getting told to buy another one as a reimbursement.

I ordered a pizza carryout. When I arrived I had to wait ba few minutes forth pizza. Another person was waiting also. That person was given his pizza and left. Person returned a few minutes later saying hen was given the wrong order. They had given him my pizza by mistake. I had to wait even longer to make me a new one. I won't be returning to this pizza shop again.
