Mcdonald's - Decatur

Unlike every McDonald's in this area, this mcd's is great. All the workers are polite, yes, polite! The food was hot and came quick. When they're were no costumers in line, the cashier went out and started sweeping and refilling stuff me the drinks. Oh yeah, the dining room is clean. If you need to get fast food, come here, you won't be disappointed.

First they say they only do Drive-Thru, which is okay. I get on the line, put the order, wait a bit, go to the window where there is a car in front of me, also wait at least 30 minutes already, just to say that the throw and pumice were not ready yet. Meanwhile, everyone could pick up their stuff behind us? That's absurd. No, never again. Never.

This McDonald should close. But because we still have the patronage, it could remain open. Bad customer service bad food quality. It's just convenient. Close to home and cheap. Employees could take care less every day I'm here. Last day to spend my money here. I will travel for better service and experience the experience of McDonald/food/service. Quality.

We could not get you by phone so this will serve as a record. A Medium French Fries was missing from our order when we made it home. We tried to call but no one answered the phone.
