Kfc - Decatur

This place is picking up well drive threw is getting pretty fast I havnt gotten the wrong food and MY FOOD WAS fresh great team they have and good food they got an awesome front counter worker and the best manager Tyrone!!

If I could give negative stars I would!!! Horrible customer service and they like to blame the customer for the team members screw ups and lack of responsibility. I dont usually right reviews but this one was bad enough I felt I needed to warn otherpeople.

Terrible experience. the personal was like they didn't want to bother or even want to talk or look at me. definitiw not friendly. ordered 8 pieces dark got and got 2 small legs and 6 legs. I would have complained, but thought it was a waste of time. I will not go back

The menu must be updated urgently. I am not sure whether the local kfc itself is responsible for it or not, but the menu showed a 2pc chicken flour for $5 and after ordering 4 our total was almost $45. they said it was inflation, but inflation is not a new thema. please update your menu.

Service was great every employee chips in! It's a real team! They deserve a raise! They go above and beyond!
