Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Decatur

As of now , my friend and I had been standing outside of this establishment for at least 20 mins now. Along with other customers we are wondering why no one is coming to the window at all and they are open. Also there is a wallet and key on the register on the register This is bad for business.

Do not use your card here the manager and their employees are scammers and will steal your information. I called the manager and had a horrible attitude and did not handle the situation.

The young lady who was at the window today did an excellent job. Her name is Jonaye, and during this post covid Era it's been frustrating to be in the graces of God customer service. I appreciate her and her efforts. Keep an eye on her, she's a keeper

Okay, so this place also has food besides ice cream. Nathan's hot dogs, chicken fingers, and fries. I ordered the chicken fingers combo. I was very surprised it was good and not overcooked. I had leftovers (I only ate 2 out of 5) and my husband was shocked to find it was delicious. I will be back.

Yes sir, I had that $1.00 off any item coupon. The young associate had great customer service skills. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Best of all, he fixed my ice cream and it was not messy and running over in the container. I loved his customer service.
