Starbucks Debrecen Fórum

This branch is refusing to give straws to customers, saying that they would only give straws for drinks with whipped cream. Fine, I ordered a drink with whipped cream. They still refused to give me a straw, now with the excuse that they don’t have any, yet I see them giving straws to Hungarian customers. What is with this poor customer service???

They literally refuse to give you a straw even if your drink has whipped cream in it. They're weirdly handing them out to selective people? If this is some kind of xenophobia influencing straw decisions, its juvenile. Literally a store with cold drinks and they refuse straws, unacceptable. Highly unacceptable. Rather go to volt egyszer with better prices and better service.

Safe option. Good for a quick grab and go. Friendly English speaking staff. No real complaints. Located in the mall.

Service did not reflect the Starbucks service one bit. The personnel here could benefit from a refresher training. Asked for my drink in a grande mug and was told they only have venti mugs, and instead of offering a solution themselves I had to do so after going back and forth. It’s exhausting, especially after standing in queue for so long… come on! And the bacon egg croissant was cold despite them warming it up and at that point I did not want to approach them again due to the earlier discussion. There’s great space to work and enough outlets! Service was just mehhh.
