Goodfella's Pizzeria Italian - DeBary

Start off by saying I have been coming here for years since I was a kid, tonight I had the worst experience and I will never be back....we ordered garlic knots a goodfellas pizza the pizza came out undercooked doughy slimy told the waitress we were not happy as the pizza came out it was visibly underdone we never took a bite or tried anything told her we will just take the knots check so we can go somewhere else to eat because its 8pm and everything is closing soon,she said she would be right back waited about 8minutes no one came back which is fine so we went to the front politely let them know hey were just trying to pay for the knots and head out a lady with gray longer hair came over told her just wanted to pay for the knots and head out the lady told us they pizza was done did you look at the bottom of the pizza it's done completely ....OK first off that's not correct yes the bottom was done but the top of the slice was not cooked I wish I took a picture so everyone could see the poor quality it was in however we did not because I didn't intend on even complaining or saying anything but because the lady argued with us that were wrong for litterally no reason welp here we are a family of customers is lost forever because the lady wanted to attempt to argue about a underdone pizza like hey it's cool things happen we get it but don't argue and blame us for an undercooked pizza that is not even in our control the entire situation on her part was completely unprofessional hopefully the owners look into this and turn this into a coaching moment for this employee assumed to be manager.

We arrived for the first time , 7.10 pm the place closes 8.30 , there was a person inside and they told us that they closed already , that they didn 't attend to anyone else because there were very slow states , it 's amazing , we kept looking for where to eat , I don 't come anymore , then they say that businesses close for lack of customers , well you see They should change the schedule and put it at their convenience and not the public, we don 't celebrate May 5 and Mother 's Day shouldn 't open , I don 't understand ?

Very fine pizza, great atention, good ambient, price modic.

Love the outside seating options, laid back atmosphere, definitely will be going back for a 3rd time and HIGHLY recommend GREAT
