What a surprise! Generous flavorful portions of perfectly prepared filet of sole meunière and, for my companion, of cod with hollandaise. The very accommodating owner asked if I would prefer to veer from the menu and add spinach rather than the potatoes normally offered (of course ! Dessert of tarte tatin with calvados cream and two glasses of dry white wine made a perfect experience. One of the best meals in our three weeks in Normandy. Returning tonight!!
