Rafic Falafel Express - Dearborn

I'll start with the good. Food is always great, best tenders and fries in town. Their spicy sauce is very good. Falafel is always fresh and tasty.Everything else about the restaurant completely ruins the experience. We have ordered from them about 8 10 times, and never not even once has the order been ready on time. Even if you order an hour, a day, or a month, ahead of time, they won't start on it until you arrive. There's never a manager or older person there, just a bunch of younger kids and some of them don't care at all about customer service. A few times they have been apologetic about the late order but not every time.I always say I won't go back, but then the wife orders from them and I'm forced to pick it up...I really wish they would get their customer service in order.

I would give this place a 4 star at times, but it’s a hit or miss. You really need to watch out who you hire because it can scare some customers away. The falafel is a 5 star, everything else is not very consistent. I would eat here over good burger, holycluck, taystee’s burger.

Great food, great service, very nice and generous people. They catered my event and everyone loved the food. Definatley using them for future events and parties. A+

Chicken tenders was wonderful..had a misunderstanding with the manager hasan and he contacted me like a man and apologized and offer me free lunch on my next visit..very honorable man and I support this establishment.?
