L.a. Bistro - Dearborn

Delicious Alert My coworker recommended this place. First time ordering from here and because I’m the picky one they had me call lol. The guy could of had a little more patience since I was ordering for myself (picky) a vegan who is also (picky) who never ate here before and was asking questions, I’ll admit it was lunch time and I’m sure it was busy. However we when the coworker that recommended the place picked up the order the guy was really apologetic and called to make sure that us first time picky eaters were satisfied. As I work in a somewhat busy office I was unable to return his call. Long story short the food was amazing I got the New Chicken that had salad on the plate with the hot food which I thought was weird but it works (I ate the leftovers the next day and it was still good even the salad, which shows they use fresh ingredients) and it was delicious I tried some of the Almond Chicken that was even better! To complete my review it was good food and I will eat here again and thank you to the guy that went above and beyond to make it right!

First time was a great experience. very nicely told us there was a wait and immediately called our name when it was time. great waiter and delicious food!

This place was amazing everything they sat on the table was delicious. I started with the spinach dip, it was great then a Caesar salad which I know there’s not much to a Caesar but it was damn good, I got another to go to bring home to my wife. Then the almond chicken dinner was wonderful ask for extra gravy.

I had a little trouble finding this restaurant. I came in about an hour before closing. It took 28 minutes for my steak to be served after my order and another 10 minutes after that for my appetizer to come. I asked for a refill on bread and water whenthe steak came. The bread took almost 20 minutes and the water arrived with the bill. I really would expect more regardingservice from any restaurant. I'd give a Ram's Horn about an 8 out of 10. Based on my experience I'd rate L.A Bistro a 2. Don'tget me wrong the food was excellent, if somewhat expensive. But please do something about the service.

I used to love their almond chicken. I went twice post pandemic and they've lost their flavors quite a bit. The food's still good just not great. The mushroom risotto tastes nice but isn't really a risotto there's no creaminess. I'm disappointedbecause I know what the food used to be like but again, it's not bad either.
