Carter’s feels like a relic from another era, but that’s part of the charm. Two elderly ladies were running the establishment when I visited, but things ran quite smoothly and they were friendly. It is a cash only establishment, but the prices are excellent. I ordered the double cheeseburger combo which came with a pop and fries. It was ready quite quickly, and was delicious without feeling excessive. The cheeseburger had just the right amount of melty cheese and toppings. I was very happy with my meal, and would definitely recommend Carter’s to others. Parking: There does seem to be a time limit on parking.

Food great, Bathroom not so great..I won't have a problem going back again and again

I bought the 5 hamburger special.The buns were dry I ended up throwing 4 away

The food was cheap and greasy and the staff was super chatty. I wish there were more places like this.
