Mcdonald's - Dearborn Heights

The manager working Easter morning completely lied after the person working the register couldn't properly put in my app code he tried to and also couldn't and proceeded with an attitude to tell me the app code was already redeemed I explained it wasn't and they messed up putting in the code he said they don't mess up.. it escalated from there so I drove 4 minutes to the other McDonald's and the code worked fine. Horrible ...other than the lady that usually works the register in the morning always a horrible experience.

This McDonald's has gone down hill. Your night crew is LAZY, I hope you don't pay them extra. I don't understand why they close down for literally over 2 hours every night for system update. And they purposely change the app over to breakfast 4 hours before they are serving breakfast so you can't order through the app. Why? Because they are lazy. The McDonald's at joy and merriman is always open. Even during system update, they do cash only. They are always busy, you should take a page out of their playbook. unless you don't care about making money, then by all means keep it up.

This place is always busy. I especially like the crispy chicken sandwich. Normally I don't buy fast food.

Very very slow Friday night I was picking up a doordash I will never pick up doordashes from here or come to the drive-thru at night they're usually pretty fast during the day however the cashier was very friendly and polite to all the customers

Platz is wild. the terminals were closed, but there was only one side of this kiosk that was open and worked so I used my phone to place the order. while I was waiting, an older couple came and fought with technology. one of the workers came to help, but gave up and got a manager to open a POS terminal. while this older man tries to say what he wants, this managerin is literally screaming to the people in the back to fall two baskets of pommes. all terrible service for this petty shame that they do not read the environment. the lobby was clean,
