I was here today for my parents 25th wedding anniversary and we completely loved the entire dining experience. The food was exemplary and the staff was quite friendly and cooperative. We will definitely visit again!

The place is simply amazing and the dishes is dealt with a trend, tastes good, rich and holds a beautiful ambience with good vibes setting in.. Staff super friendly... Worth all the hype and would definitely visit once again

Tried the business lunch which was changed recently, decent portion size, value for money, will visit back soon for the ala carte menu... which i think there was some changes on it as well, also they have a vegan menu for the vegans...

I have visited spark by Caramel several times, tried the lumch menu and the a la carte, food is of superb quality, tasty and well presented, also good quantities, TNT shrimps are perfect, lobster tacos are a must try, beef carpaccio with tuna mousse is so fresh, chargrilled octopus, kobe sliders, lobster tortellini, braise short ribs and asian grilled salmon are super delicious. Service is so pleasant, efficient and friendly. the place is big with a nice spacious outdoor seating.
