Sloppy Joe's Daytona Beach

What an experience! we were in daytona for a few days and decided to eat at sloppy joe for the birthday dinner of my mother. we had the best experience thanks to lamar, the assistent gm. he was wonderful! immediately they wished my mother a happy birthday and brought us something special. the food was delicious and the service was great. I recommend the Luau salad and the delicious chocolate brew dessert. the best part of our experience was actually an accident that became positiw. my son let his handy fall between the standing seat and the wall. It was almost impossible to get it out. assistent gm lamar spent a good 45 minutes or so try different things to get this handy for my son. on the pictures you can see lamar in action, as well as a picture with my son beside him showing the phone and tong (bet of using it to get the handy out.) since we were there until 9 or 9:30 clock, the restaurant was not so busy, so he had time to chat with us. he and my daughter even had a small competition. he made our night and we felt very welcome! best birthday dinner experience! Nice place to sit, drink and chat. It was dog friendly! Our waitress was really nice. The orders came pretty fast. We have a few drinks and some appetizers. The “boat load of onion rings” was quite small, funny enough, the fairies were the only things that came in a boat lol. Also got a Clam Chowder that was very creamy. You can definitely get more bang for your Buck elsewhere, because everything was a bit expensive, but the food was decent and the location / atmosphere was good.

This was our first visit and we loved this place! The food was delicious! Beverages were on the spot and the key lime cake is a must! Our server Ashley was amazing and kept our drinks full, orders right and incredibly nice! Top Notch Service!

Great place! We had a big party of 12 and they took us happy. We all had a wealth of alcoholic drinks that were all incredible. Fried cheese was great that Marinara was crazy! The coconut war was just phenomenal! My husband got the seafood plate and it was so much food for $20. All perfectly cooked. I got the Cajun Shrimp Alfredo after seeing him on another Diners table and it was perfect and delicious. Some of the other meals at the table were the Caesar, the Luau salad, the 1lb BLT. Everyone was mostly happy. My friend and sister ordered the fish Tacos and none of them liked them. When I come back to the beach of Daytona, I will definitely come back to sloppy Joes!

First time here my sister told me we had to eat here best food ever ppl are amazing n fast great view of ocean n gd music too its a must go to spot n linens was an amazing server so sweet n nice
