Good inexpensive seafood, friendly service. Try the fire grilled selections, they are fantastic... UPDATE 11/5/23 The food is still excellent, cooked fresh and fast. Unfortunately, the prices increased, but so have all other restaurants. Please bring back the senior discount!! UPDATE: 01/22/24 The food and service is still excellent. The new $5.99 menu has several great choices and it's plenty of food for most people, an excellent value..

Captain D's in Dawsonville, GA is on point! My order is correct every time! The food is fresh and hot. The customer service has always been pleasant and friendly.

Captains Ds... Who would have thunk, fresh food, cooked perfectly and consistency... The southern whitefish is my to go meal that is cooked perfectly every time I order it. Always consistently good! I recommend ordering the funnel cake sticks to end your meal, they were cooked perfectly crisp and just enough sugar to end the meal... Thanks to the staff for delivering above expectations. PS: and don't forget the okra :

I went through the drive thru and The automated service welcomed me but also asked me if I wanted to try the loaded baked potato soup. I said yes and then another lady came on and said hold on a minute. At the end of my order I was never offered the soup never got it. I really did wanna try it if you're gonna offer something at least allow people to purchase it.

Great experience here. Super nice customer service, especially the young lady with purple hair. I asked about all the sauces and they brought sauces I didn't know they had it. The food was very fresh and delicious.
