Safeway Dawson Creek - Dawson's Landing

Ever since this store was renovated a few years ago it went down the drain. Most things are way overpriced. Many canned food items are expired ages ago. One needs a second mortgage to buy anything from their meat department. Some of the cashiers there are so slow, that you would literally travel back in time if they went any slower. I don’t think this store will be able to hang on much longer.

One of the worst grocery stores I've been to , to be honest. Out of stock with items I've wanted, salad bar is insanely expensive. Bought some items here that were completely a waste and no good. Trainee staff running tills by themselves and needing to leave their stations for assistance making for a slow check out.... and there's like 15 handicap stalls in the parking area? Really? is that necessary? Have those ever been all filled at once? Lol

This Safeway has great options for home-cooked lunches and lots of cool options for snacks in the deli. Staff are friendly, prices are a bit steep but so is everything nowadays. Never have a problem with anything being out of stock.

Ordered a cake a few days before the occasion. Got the cake home and it was very dry and stale. $30 for a cake that was terrible. Coop next time, lesson learned.

This manager sells expired food , food been sitting out so long in the deli it looks like it will give you food poisoning. This owner need to go to grande prairie and check out proper Safeway stores . Disgusting
