Chalet Güggel - Davos Clavadel

Amazing prospects, but this is it. if they are vegan avoid! they have veggie suppe on the menu that I ordered and returned immediately. it was salty water, no suppe. if they are a rabbit, they can order green salate. very disappointing. Not... everyone loves to eat sausage, huh or pizza.

Amazing view, good food, best service in Davos To be honest, Switzerland is famous for high prices and Chalet Guggel is no exception. I had been spending my winter vacations for the past 20 years in Graubünden. Davos is a party place and Jakobshorn is...fun. The Chalet has a spectacular view and is the place to be, once you pass the age group of 25 years. I enjoy the food they offer a lot. The service on my last stay was exceptional. I had a small injury and was in terrible pain. Once I was laying down on a sun lounger a waitress named “Marie” spotted my discomfort. While she was servicing my food order, she brought icepacks to my rescue, wanted to help with a first aid help from the ski resort. My pain was going on and she was of great help. What an angel. I stayed for more than three hours and my pain gradually became more bearable. I enjoy the food (pizza or steak) and they offer homemade cake, which is fantastic. On a sunny day ensure to reserve a sun lounger. Spectacular.

Country Fries viel zu lange im Fett gelegen, komplett fettgetränkt, 10.50 für kleine Schüssel als Beilage, winzige Tessiner Grillschnecken-Bratwurst für 9.50, Brotkorb mit angebissenen Scheiben (wohl eingesammelt von anderen Gästen, bäh), Apfelstrudel gut, aber 13.50

Wir waren mit einer grösseren Gruppe, über 30 Personen zum Mittagessen. Das Essen und der Service war top. Wir kommen gerne im 2018 wieder!

Ich esse dort gerne zu Mittag, wenn ich am Jakobshorn Skifahren gehe.Das Steak ist vorzüglich und dazu ein gutes Glas Wein, die Auswahl ist gut, und der Ausblick. Was will man mehr.Wenn man will, kann man noch einen Absacker an der Bar draußen genießen.Bitte reservieren, da es ein sehr beliebter Ort ist und es viele Gäste gibt, gerade an sonnigen Tagen.
