Tim Hortons - DAVISON

S..L..O..W.. as molasses at 7:50am with only 4 cars in front of me. Pulled out 8:02am w 2 lattes. Thanks for making me late.

Everyone there is very nice! I normally come here once a week before I go to my classes, getting myself an iced capp and asking for a pup cup for my dog.Lately one of the workers, Jayden, has been noticing my order is the same every time I come, and he already has a pup cup in the drink carrier for me. He always is very nice, the nicest smile, always helpful and very fast.

Worst experience by a manager I have ever witnessed. Cassandra is absolutely the most disrespectful employee you have and she is training up a culture that I would not be proud of as a business owner. We placed an order for two hot chocolates and two cookies. We were told “we do not sell cookies” I apologized and then my daughter pointed out the cookies on the menu to which I responded “I’m sorry, I’m confused, the menu you says you have cookies”. The employee taking the order again said “we do not sell cookies. They are seasonal and only released in January” in a very disgusting tone. When I approached the window I asked for her name (she wasn’t wearing a name tag) to which she asked “why?” and then continued “if you think it was me who took your order it wasn’t”. I politely asked who did and the woman behind her stated “I took your order and I’m a manger here”. I responded “wow. Have a merry Christmas.” We will not be returning.Do better Tim Hortons!!!

I ordered a medium coffee on 12/11/23 around 6 pm. I was very disappointed that the coffee I got, tasted burnt, and old. Not fresh at all. I have never had a bad coffee from any Tim Hortons until I stopped in Davison. I could not stand the taste of the coffee I received. I will never go back to this location again, nor recommend to anyone!!!
