Bidrage med feedbackI ordered my dinner a few hours ago, so if I came out of work, it would be ready for picking up. I have to wait for the order. Once it was done, I had a voucher for the order that I had mentioned when I had ordered it on the phone, and for some reason they had problems with the computer to make voucher in. I paid the full price for my meal, with a voucher. If you still have problems with a computer system after implementation over a year, the training is a must for all employees.
If I could give less than one star, I would. Customer service is terrible and food is even worse. I've never been to a fast food place that has no napkins or plastic goods for carryout customers. Then I was treated like I was the idiot because I thought that was unacceptable.
The crazy bread was good, but the pizza had hardly any dough. I feel like eating pizza hat thin crust pizza I don't have a fan of.
Was very disappointed, went back after picking up 10 pizzas and all employees (Kids) were on their phones. A few employees saw and just went by. Excuse me four times before someone looked up. You forgot to give me a mairinara. Also, an employee had harvest top jeans and long hair NOT pulled back boxing up pizzas. They were more interested in customer support.
Forcing people to only buy the $8 extra most bestest. Asked to buy only the original pepperoni pizza and was told they don?t have them anymore just the $8. Oh and let?s not forget the burn breadsticks every time! I?ll buy from the Lapeer location from now on.
